Hello, I am looking to connect my vinyl to my Sonos system. I have a Project Essential III turntable with built in Line OUT with integrated preamplifier. I have ordered an Era 100 and the official SONOS Line in / USB C adapter. Am i right in thinking that all i need now is an RCA to 3.5mm cable to connect the turntable to the Sonos USB C adaptor?
If so, can anyone recommend a good one? Happy to spend £10- 20 on it , maybe a bit more if its going to make a big difference.
Thanks in advance.
Hi
I’m in the US. Therefore the link to Amazon US site. A cable such as the one in the link will suffice. Your concern will be length depending upon how far the Turntable is from the Era 100. Enjoy your Vinyl!
That looks like the wrong cable to me ?

Thanks for the “eagle eye” not mention it was 6am
. I’ve replaced with correct link.
Cables make zero difference as long as they work. Buy one that is sturdy, but flexible enough for your use.

Yep. In this case, it’s all analog and the difference between RCA and 3.5mm is just form factor. You could cut up an RCA cable and the cable off an old pair of headphones, splice/solder them together, and it would work fine. It would be ugly, but it would work.
Thanks for your help guys
