I’ve been using zone with four Era 100 in my sun room since last fall. No issue to report, it’s perfect to play ambiance music in a large area. But since the last app update, my zone disappear and all 4 speakers become separate.
Am I the only one ? Is it a known issue ?

I was able to recreate the zone (I’ve done it twice ) but separation happen without reason after random time (could be a day or two)
Generate a diagnostics report with ten minutes of the next occurrence and speak to Sonos support. The report may indicate why the zone is separating.
Yes, it’s about zone not grouping, I now realise it could have been a slow network issue. I’ve seen the problem happening live and waiting a few minutes solve the issue.
It could be link with the new apps needing some fine tuning on the network side( the issue was not happening before the update). I have 22 Sonos speakers, I will probably isolate my IoT devices (not Sonos) on a 2.4Ghz network to avoid conflict and help synch between Sonos devices
Some folks see issues in well working systems after an update/reboot cycle, usually a network refresh will get things working again. Powering down that many Sonos, rebooting the router and powering them back up is a pain in the neck.
In my case, which "shouldn't" impact users with other DHCP servers, I ended up setting reserved DHCP IP addressses for all Sonos, then doing the network refresh to lock them in.

Hi!
Were you able to fix it? I’m having the same issue, with 8 era 100 speakers set in 1 zone. The zone keeps separating every few hours. I’m able to put them in zone and play them again, but again separates after few hours.
please let me know if you were able to find a fix!

Your best chance of finding the problem is with Sonos Support’s help. Try submitting a diagnostic (Submit Diagnostics) within 10 minutes of getting the zone separating. Then call Sonos Support (Sonos Support) to discuss it. They may be able to see what the problem is and recommend a fix. Don’t post the diagnostic number here.
