Who else has access to your network? And, Spotify users are a frequent problem: they stay logged on until something disconnects them.

Generate a diagnostics report within a few minutes of an occurrence and they at least should be able to tell you where the “volume down” command was generated.

Is the volume reducing to a specific volume number? ie. 15. If so then it implies safety protection on one of the speakers is kicking in, if all are grouped when this occurs. This can also happen if the Era 300 speakers are not level.

All sonos is reducing, but the level in application do not move ! just the level from the system

What did they say was causing the volume change? The diagnostic report should tell them that.

You have communication issues on your network if the volume slider in the app is not matching the speaker output.

It sound logical, the network system is unifi, do you have any idea what can i check on the network ?

Diagnostics only carry a few minutes of information so if Sonos couldn't see what changed the volume it may have been submitted too late.

As soon as you can is best, sooner is better even then. Even 10 minutes may be too late, 15 almost certainly is. Once submitted the cata is saved and you can call when convenient.

That’s what i have done, as soon the trouble occur, is send the diag, and call later the support because it was closed when I made the diag … but diag was done in time ;o)

Try it again, note the Diag number.

Then call, if you get nothing from the person on the call ask to open a support ticket and escalate the issue.

I don't recall a single instance of support not being able to identify the issue's source if it was caught by the diagnostic process.

Where are the speakers located in relation to who can touch them?

Have you disabled touch controls on each speaker/room to stop someone manually changing the volume?

Hello Mr T.

The speakers are 2 meters high and nobody can touch them (easily), but good idea to disable touch control ! i will do ...

I have already disable the microphone on era 300 et era 100 with the switch.

Been a while, but in the past a cat has noticed that a Sonos was warm and would make a great napping spot.

Offered more as humor than a solution. :-)
