This morning my book of experiences with Sonos opened a new chapter. After I had to learn painfully that Sonos does not offer any repairservice centrally, I visited a licensed Sonos Dealer in the City of Braunschweig Germany. Even there, in a dealership with top noche service for repairs, the skilled dealers technicians refused to even accept to try to repair the Sonos speaker. I am just wondering how Sonos managed to maintain their reputation with such a customer orientation. My question is if anyone has an idea if the is some place where a only 4 year old speaker could t
be a least inspected for a possible repair solution.
