I have 2 play 5s, a sub and a play 1. I’ve recently got a new router and can’t seem to get my play 5s to work. Can you please help me.

Are you saying the Play:1 is ok but not the ‘5s? 
Try temporarily connecting your ‘5s with an Ethernet cable whilst you set the new wifi credentials. Or change the new wifi details to match the old.

Check what mode your WiFi is set to, the Play 1 looks to support modes the Play 5 doesn’t.
