I have the Sonos play. It has been sat high up on a shelf for years and I have recently come to use it and despite my best attempts, nothing. Can be found! I have always had a wired connection and have followed the app instructions to the letter at least 15 times and still nothing! The light has gone from orange and flashing to solid orange then flashing white and now solid white and yet still undiscovered! Any advice that I haven’t tried yet? Thanks in advance

When I had this issue with a CONNECT that hadn’t been updated in years, they needed to create a special update just for my device to get it caught up.
