I have my Era 100s set-up as a pair left and right with a Hisense tv. I get sound just fine and no crackling, but I have to turn them up to 75-80 (out of 100) for regular viewing/listening. That seems way too high, when the stock tv speakers I can barely turn up to 25. I have the volume limit off as well. Why are they so low?

And yes, I physically go to the slider and make sure they are all the way up on the speakers themselves.

Can you turn the sound up using the TV’s remote? Bluetooth speakers generally need the source to be loud enough before adjusting the actual Bluetooth speaker volume. For example, Airplaying music to Bluetooth speakers with the iPhone’s volume set low means you have to turn the speakers up very loud.

Get your source volume up first, then adjust the speaker volume.

(It might not be the issue in this case, but I can’t think what else is the cause.)

They also could be a wrong handshake or similar solution the TV can't identify well the Bluetooth and/or the TV sends the Volume lower. Remember that the Era 100 aren't for TV but it's a good solution 👌
