ERA 100 - non-responsive and can’t reset

Today one of my ERA 100 speakers disappeared from the app and became non-responsive to touch controls (definitely enabled as I used the volume controls yesterday). Bluetooth button also non-responsive.

I’ve power cycled numerous times. Doesn’t work. Still non-responsive and still missing from the app (which I closed and reopened). 

I’ve followed the instructions for a factory reset and attempted numerous times. The front LED never comes on, nothing happens. Still non-responsive and still missing from the app (which I closed and reopened).

Does it use a USB-C cable and power adaptor? Could you try a different one? Or swap the cable and adaptor from another of your Era 100s to see if that helps?

Try leaving it unplugged for 10 minutes, then plug it back in and retry the reset while holding the Bluetooth or Join button

Or try plugging it into another plug socket in a different room?
