I’m also using the Sonos app on an Apple mobile device. I’m wondering if you may have inadvertently set up two different ‘systems’, for the speakers, and one is showing up while the other isn’t connected, and vice versa.
Because resets removes ‘all’ data from a system, I’d suggest care here, but what I’d do is unplug all devices except those that are your ‘normal’ system, and contain all your streaming sources and playlists. Then I’d factory reset the other speakers, and re-add them to your system using that ‘add a device’ process. At the end, you should have a single system that shows all your speakers at one time.
Conversely, you might submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
Hello, I did all steps you suggested (factory reset) and then discovered all devices and connected to the wifi network, but after trying to "Add Speaker or Component” still was not able to find and connect the devices.
Any suggestions ?
I’m a little puzzled as to what you’ve done or the stage you’ve reached, but If you’ve added all of your new speakers to your system, there’s nothing more to add so there is nothing left to find.
Have you allocated your Beam to a room yet?
Have you turned off the wifi on your amp, for it only to work when Ethernet cabled?
Adding that my system name is “MK” and was able to setup from an iPad (instead of my mobile phone) an now I have “MK” on iPad with different setup of devices of “MK” on iPhone.
Still not able to connect devices with "Add Speaker or Component” to either the iPad (ie connect Amp) or iPhone (ie connect Roam SL, sub mini, beam)
Any suggestions ?
@nik9669a , when tapping on the setup icon on the top right corner of the Sonos application, the user interface pops up mentioning “Settings” and below showing the system which in my case is named “MK”. So in this MK system listed below is only the “Living room” Amp. When trying to connect from below option "Add Speaker or Component” I cannot find any of the other speakers.
What do you mean by "Have you allocated your Beam to a room yet? “ since I cannot add the beam to the MK system ?
How do you allocate a speaker to a room ? (I suppose you have to add it first in the system)
If you can see your Amp on one controller and the other speakers on a different controller, you have created two systems, as speculated by @Airgetlam already. You’ll need to reset those new devices again. Power down all the new speakers. Start with the Beam.
Power up the Beam and factory reset it. Use the iPad, which can see your Amp. Now you should be able to Add Speaker.
Try that first, with just the Beam, and confirm that works.
By “controller” I assume you mean the iPhone mobile and iPad devices.
I can see the Amp on my mobile device.
So, to reset those two devices, I will log out from both devices, delete the applications from both devices, then power down all the speakers.
Install the sonos application on my mobile, login my account and start with the Beam.
I will let you know of the results

Do not do what you are proposing here.
Yes: by controller I mean your phone and iPad. By devices I meant your new Sonos speakers.
If the iPad is the device that lets you see your Amp, use it as the controller. Or, if your phone lets you see the Amp, use it as the controller. Follow the steps I suggested, resetting the Beam and adding it to the system with your Amp. Then report back.
@nik9669a , I followed your suggestion with the iPad. Was able to connect with Beam and the two Roam SL. I cannot connect to the Sub Mini and the Amp
How can I connect the missing Sub Mini and Amp?
How can I use this setup then on my mobile ?

As far as I can tell, you are not following my suggestion. My suggestion was to connect just one new speaker to start, using the phone or ipad that could already see your Amp. Here, you say you’ve added three new speakers. That was not my suggestion at all. Nor do you seem to have used the controller device that could see the Amp; it wouldn’t disappear, unless once again you’ve created a new system.
Good luck sorting out your system, but I’m out.
