4 Sonos ports on managed switch

4 Sonos ports on managed switch experiencing drop outs. and If we attempt to play music in 3 zones, 1 zone will drop out.
We have 4 ports that we want to play the same music through. lets call them 1,2,3,4.
We cannot select all four, max 2. So if one and two are playing and you select three, 3 starts playing and 1 stops.

The setup runs through a managed switch.

We have checked the following two links and ensured that STP is set up correctly:

other thoughts we have had but not yet tested:
IGMP issues: more than one IGMP or no IGMP on the VLAN
Multicast limit on the switch set to 2?
also seen other feeds that suggest running the 4 through an unmanaged switch and plugging the at  into our switch to avoid DHCP issues?

For $20 I’d go with the un-managed switch, I have many of them here and Sonos is happy with most. Once working go back and mess with the managed stuff if you want to.

What model switch do you have?

Do you have more than one switch in your network?

Is STP setup on all ports a Port is connected to?

Try setting Multicast limit higher to see if that helps.

I have 11 speakers with six of them hardwired and have not had any connection issues or has the network crashed.
