what to do when selling or giving a sonos product to someone else

I have sold my Sonos system. Not because I do not love it; but because I do. But where I moved to I have no land lines for internet. Is there anything I need to do with my account. Since my devices are registered on that account, I am worried the new owner will have issues setting up the system.

You should factory reset all of your Sonos devices. If they’ve already gone to the new owner, ask them to do the reset as the first step in their setup.

This! The devices will be listed on your account until they’re registered to a new account, which will happen when they’re set up.
