I have 2 x sonos One (different rooms) that respond to voice command ok EXCEPT they will not play/cease/change music input. They announce the new station, but nothing changes. I have spent 2 days on this following a router replacement, and this is the only remaining problem…. other kit is play 3 and a Connect, now all fine again. System has been in place about 6 years with no problems. Alexa enabled as voice assist on Sonos…..sonos skill added to devices.
music sources required are amazon music, bbc sounds,( radio 4, radio 3.)
