Streaming all PC audio to S1 speakers - I built a tool for it (SoundFling)

Like many of you I have older S1 speakers (Play:1, Playbar era) that AirPlay and the modern casting world left behind — especially from a Windows PC. 
After years of wrestling with the free tools (SWYH & co.), I built SoundFling: a small Windows app that streams everything your PC plays to whichever Sonos rooms you select. Auto-discovery, multi-room sync, group volume, system tray.
Works across S1 and S2. Fair warning on physics: there's a 1–3 second latency (fine for music, not for video).
