Hi I have a Roku Tv and I recently bought a Sonos Ray , I set up my remote, it works fine raising the volume but I can lower the volume , what can I do to fix it .. help thank you in advance

+22Have you tried deleting and repairing the remote. Do you have clear view of the IR receiver on the Ray unobstructed. Does the volume respond properly in the Sonos app when you use the slider for up and down volume?
