Sonos application not Accessible

I am receiving a same vicious message : Connection expired,  no access to the Server..  Do you have issues… I am considering to drop Sonos  return with Bose. Sonos application seems to be very unstable.  Can you please fix it .

I have 2 sonos Era, 1 ARC Ultra, 1 Sub 4. I just want to enjoy the music.

What?  Can you send a screenshot of what you’re seeing. I’ve never had a message saying  “connection expired”.

What is the source of your music? Online service? Local library? TV application?

Penses pas que cela provienne de Sonos,  plutôt ton Wi-Fi ou ton provider.

This also sounds like some sort of time share for internet access? Although that would be a very unique situation. I’ve heard of such in RV parks. 

Please tell us more about your internet service and network.

I know this isn’t helpful but I’ve never seen a message like that. My Sonos app is working just fine (iOS version.) I have around 20,000 music tracks in the Music Library, and I’ve found only one bug in the latest version of the app. Maybe tell us what your source is?

I get [a similar] error as the OP. One or more times per day.

Hmm...when I do that I get: (After login)

I wish I could help but this one is a mystery. Maybe contact Sonos on this one.

I just thought of something. IF you are using some sort of VPN, shut it down and try again. I had problems with certain sites that were related to them not liking the IP address I was presenting. If not, just ignore. Just a thought.
