can't login Sonos app

Why can't login Sonos app wifi already contacted but notification said wifi not connecting

Not sure I understand your post, but generally, your network needs to comply with the information in the Sonos Network Requirements FAQ. Some people, depending on their system, find relief from wiring at least one speaker to their router with an Ethernet cable. But unless you’re willing to post more specifics, I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
