I just got a complete system arc ultra sub 4 and era 300. Was playing around with it and I got the same sound from my sound bar As my rear era 300. And it sounded fantastic then I must of hit a wrong button in the app and everything went dead no sound. Got it back working but on my era 300 alls I get is the surround sound now question is how do I get back the same sound out of my arc ultra as my era 300s at the same time

For TV audio, you can’t. For music streaming, set your surrounds to ‘Full’ rather than ‘Ambient’.
