A little more information wouldn’t go amiss.

What exactly about alarms isn’t working for you?

Alarms missing from app, unable to set/edit an alarm, alarm not going off when set???

There is however a known issue with Alarms that has not yet been confirmed as resolved which could be impacting you.

@Giorges,
Sonos Alarms all seem to be working okay here. Are the speakers wired/wireless? Any firewalls, or site-blocking software in play on the local network? Might there be a WAN connection issue, or perhaps LAN network interference? If using local WiFi, then perhaps try a different band/channel/channel-width. As an example, if using the 5Ghz band, maybe try the more penetrating 2.4Ghz band using a non-overlapping channel (1, 6, or 11) and a channel-width of 20MHz only and see if that resolves the issue.
