Hi,

I have sold a speaker, but forgot to reset it first. I cant get the buyer to reset the speaker, so now this speaker have link to my Sonos, and all my services. E.g. the buyer can now use my spotify account. How can I remote logout that speaker from my Sonos account?

I have tried to remove the Spotify service from my Sonos, but when I add it again, the other speaker again have access to the spotify, becuae the speaker use my Sonos account, which has all the services.

Can anyone help, to log out the speaker, og somhow reset my Sonos system?
