I have a Sonos Amp and want to run 4 speakers from it which I know isn't a problem. I want to have 2 speakers in one room and 2 in another room but I want to connect all 4 to the Amp via a 4 way speaker selector so I can turn either room on or off when I dont want to have sound in the room. Does anyone know if this is ok to do and that switching via the selector is safe to do and won't damage the Amp output.
