USB music library

I’ve always kept my music library on a usb stick connected to my netgear router, which my sonos system could access through readyshare.  Sadly, my router died, and I had to replace it with a tp-link router, which also has a usb port, but it seems to work differently.  Does anyone know what’s required to set up a usb-share library with a tp-link router?

Here’s some generic instructions for TPLink. If they don’t work replying with the router model might get you a better response.

Remember many of these functions on routers are relying on SMBv1 that Sonos no longer supports (for security reasons).

I found a solution on reddit that worked for me, maybe it will help others.
