Question

Trouble with DeskTop Controller S1 for iMac 14.5

The S1 desktop controller has been working perfectly. Today, however, one of the speakers stopped working. I reconnected the speaker using my iPhone. It is now working - but the speaker is not working on the desktop controller. ]

The system says the S1 controller is up to date.

What is the problem? How can I fix it?

Hi @Ellenh

Welcome to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay.

Are you still having this issue? As I write this, I can see all 5 of your speakers online, so whatever the issue is, it is not the speakers (though I guess the iPhone already told you that).

Have you tried rebooting the computer? If not, please do so. If that does not help, please try uninstalling the Sonos Desktop app from your computer and reinstalling it again (if you need an installer, please go to our downloads page).

I hope this helps.
