Having downloaded the new update (totally messed things up) and now automatically updating the hardware, the app has lost my Sub, Arc, beam, era 300 and play ones being used as surround sounds and my move speakers. In fact since the hardware update the only thing this new app can find is my stand alone play ones.
add to that the fact the new app seems to have lost all ability to recognise when the tv is playing through them and all the tv controls (night time and tv speech enhance) plus all The abilities to change surrounds , sub and height audio levels…etc and it’s all a bit of a massive c*** up.
everything worked fine until these new updates. What’s going on and when will All these functions be fixed?
