Turn off the Bluetooth beacon on any 3rd-party devices you have previously paired with the Roam2 and then put the Roam2 into pairing mode - see link:

Bring the Roam near to the Windows PC and now see if the Roam2 shows/connects to it when it’s in pairing mode.
Hi Ken,
thanks for reply, unfortunately your tip is not working out. My pc can’t still find roam 2 Sonos on Bluetooth, is there anything else I could try?
I don’t know of any - does the PC Bluetooth link work with other Bluetooth speakers?
I can only assume it’s not an issue with the Roam2 if it’s working with your other BT TX devices like iPhone/Macbook etc.
Yes, my headphones are pairing without a problem. Feels like my pc is blocking my roam2 somehow.. and I can’t figure it out. I’ve been searching through everything on Reddit and YouTube but can’t find a solution.
In the Windows search field, search for “Bluetooth”. Go to the Bluetooth configuration area, then disconnect and reconnect the ROAM 2. I find that when I’m attempting to manage three Bluetooth devices, PC, SONOS, and iPAD, things sometimes go astray and I need to break a connection. I’m not sure where to place the blame and I don’t have enough experience with Android Bluetooth to include it in this mess.
Sometimes I need to disconnect iPad Bluetooth from something. The common thread seems to be a third device.
Sorry I’ve no idea what would be blocking the connection on the PC, but maybe it’s a Bluetooth profile compatibility issue, as mentioned here:

FWIW - I believe the Roam2 supports SBC (320kbps max. bitrate) and AAC (264kbps max. bitrate) Bluetooth codecs.
