Is anyone having trouble with their sonos roam battery. It seems to be shockingly poor at retaining charge. It goes from full to 10% in about 2hrs. 

This is not what I would expect from a premium sonos product.

I recently purchased a portable JBL Flip speaker about the same size as the roam and it gives about 10 hours play time consistently. And it cost half the price of the roam with the same sound quality. It also retains the charge when off.

The roam discharges in about a day even when switched off. 

Overall the Roam is really rubbish product. Do I just have a faulty model or are all the Roams this bad
