My new sub 4 initially connected to my arc ultra then noted it was no longer working and disappeared from the iPhone app. I have tried to connect it again. It goes all the way through the process and says connected to system but checking settings it says sub 4 not connected and no sound. I have tried factory restarting, resetting app, deleting app and starting fresh with arc ultra and sub 4 and resetting router and nothing works, any ideas

And I spoke to soon, back to saying Sub 4 not connected 🤬 useless system, I personally wouldn’t recommend Sonos

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend the Vodafone Ultra Hub… One reason why I ruled out Vodafone when changing ISP.


@Rich666, Separating 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi bands might help; you’d need to access your router's settings and change the SSID (network name) for each band.


Further up date, hard wired the arc ultra only to Vodafone hub ultra extender which Vodafone said wasn’t compatible but sub 4 working so far but then again it usually does for a short while, fingers crossed this works
