And I spoke to soon, back to saying Sub 4 not connected 🤬 useless system, I personally wouldn’t recommend Sonos

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend the Vodafone Ultra Hub… One reason why I ruled out Vodafone when changing ISP.

@Rich666, Separating 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi bands might help; you’d need to access your router's settings and change the SSID (network name) for each band.

Further up date, hard wired the arc ultra only to Vodafone hub ultra extender which Vodafone said wasn’t compatible but sub 4 working so far but then again it usually does for a short while, fingers crossed this works
