If you have been running your system on S1 and have now moved over to the S2 app, your older speakers need to be updated.
This will almost certainly need an “interim” update which you’ll need to get from Sonos.

Call Sonos support; they can supply what you need.

As far as I’m aware, many Sonos Soundbars, except the Arc and Arc Ultra, which ever you have, will run under either (but not both) S1 or S2 controller apps. If you haven’t updated your older speakers to S2, you can still download and run S1 controllers, if you prefer. Many here do, for various reasons.

But the newer speakers will not run S1, which I believe is why @Culvenor updated.
