I connected the LG 65QNED93A6A TV to the Sonos Beam Gen1 using HDMI eARC and it worked perfectly. When choosing Sonos Beam as the audio device in the audio settings with HDMI CEC enabled and Simplink, it worked fine.

However, I was unable to switch the audio output from Sonos to the TV speakers or to connected Bluetooth TWS devices. When I selected another audio device (TV for example), the new device works for a few seconds, then automatically switched back to Sonos Beam. Therefore, I needed to disable Simplink every time I wanted to change the output. Enabling or disabling "AutoPlay" in the Sonos app did not affect the issue.

It seems to me, that Sonos forced reconnects ever it detected TV connection. What I doing wrong?

It’s not Sonos it’s the TV. Some TV will send the audio to whatever external connection exists when connected via HDMI and CEC engaged as you have experienced with the LG.

Auto Play on the Beam (or any Sonos soundbar) only means that as soon as an Audio Source via the TV is detected the Beam will output that Audio. Auto Play is only for Home Theater meaning the TV does not have to be on when steaming music.

Yes, I’ve a Sony and it is the same story. Even switching off the option “System audio priority” you cannot use the TV sound more than a while without disconnecting the HDMI cable.

Perhaps the LG has any option to skip the sound bar but, as @AjTrek1 says, I think it’s the CEC way of working.

Sonos does seem to "check in” with the TV and ask for a connection through CEC more than other soundbars though. The Sonos solution for this is the Sonos Ace hedaphone, that connects to the soundbar.

Where this option in Sony TV?

Unfortunately, LG Support says that LG TV haven't similar option.
