sonos arc ultra heat problem?

Hello everyone! I experience that when I play sound on the arc ultra, it gets hot on the left side (as seen from sofa) on the back of the soundbar where the vents is! Does anyone have the same issue? I hope Sonos will fix this through a update hotfix.

Yes I noticed the exact same thing after swapping out my Arc for the Arc Ultra, except it’s warm even without playing any music and is noticeably warm when idle.

Mine does not get warm when idle! I have measured temperature and i have been in contact with Sonos support and it is normal with it getting warmer on the left side. I appreciate u shared a similar experience 😄
