Can't set surround distance after I do quick trueplay. My right surround is more than 10 feet away and my left surround is 5 feet away. Both are set to more than 10 feet after I do quick trueplay. I can't even adjust the surround level because of the different distance between the two. Plz give users of quick trueplay the option to adjust the surround distance.

Might be best, then, to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, both ways, with TruePlay and without,  and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic numbers here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Trueplay resolves distance as a part of the tuning process, as I understand it. So further adjustment should not be necessary. But it would be good to allow users to override the “default” Trueplay settings. For example, for those with partial hearing loss in one ear and need a higher volume from one side. That applies for all speaker/room setups.

Quick trueplay does not accurately set correct distance for the surrounds. My left surround is noticeably louder than it should be because it's set at more than 10ft which is false. Quick trueplay tuning is different from advanced trueplay so the surround distance is not correct.
