Let’s have this discussion as more of your clients have big theaters you know the arc has limits. The 2 subs have limits. Why would a thread get booted that means progress. Sonos will not fill all our needs. Don’t believe that and they know that. No one thought 2 subs was a possibility. Guess what? Move forward. I want 2 Arcs and 4 subs. I will wait. I come from a pro audio environment. I watch a lot of concert & festival content. High dbl. Sonos will eventually give us options. I have believe.

Sonos walks a fine line between too little and too much. I think we might disagree about the Sonos audience. Sonos, in my eyes, is not meant for “big theaters”, but should keep concentrating on home environments and multiroom audio (see the Amp Multi). Any effort made to cater for “2 Arcs and 4 subs” will be lost for this audience.

2 Arcs sounds like a really cool idea to me.

You’d get Double Atmos!

Should you mount the lower one upside-down and bounce “height” effects off the floor?

Better to have one on top of TV. Maybe a couple more, one each side of TV mounted vertically, for the full Dubly Atmiss experience?

How many Atmos’s do you need to get full atmosphere?

Probably best to just go for the full effect instead of trying a "minimal but sounds good" solution.

So 15 Arc Ultras and 8 Subs.

Maybe rwo more Subs under each couch and one per chair to really fill in the low end impact.

I guess that’s why the guy in the image is wearing “Dunce Hat”or may he’s a Conehead.

Pretty soon you will only feel the bass, because your ears will be shot.  Turn it down.  As someone who spent a good part of my youth next to stacks of amplifiers at punk shows, it isn't worth it.  Your ears will thank me once you hit 50.

We need a “thumper” that will mechanically couple bass energy directly into the couch. I’ve seen “thumper” chairs,
