When the Sonos Ace are on and i receive a phone call (Android), no sound is played in the headphones. If I am listening to music, I can tell that I am receiving a call because the music stops but there is no sound in the headphones to alert me. What ma I missing? Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Sonos Ace not playing a sound when you get a call.
I don’t think you’re missing anything, you should get a sound when you get a call, unless your phone is on silent or you’ve disabled the ringtone. If not, try the following steps:
- Disconnect your Sonos Ace from your phone.
- Reboot both your Ace and phone by powering them off for one to two minutes, then back on.
- Update your Ace
- Reconnect the Ace to your phone and try a test call.
If the issue still occurs after this, then I recommend reaching out to our support team for further troubleshooting.

I'm not a Ace user (I want those) but I have headphones and I had the same, so if you have a Samsung you can go to Bluetooth configuration > Three points > Advanced settings > Sync Tones
If you have another brand of phone try a similar solution :)
