There is a small issue with the ACE ULTRA I just received. It’s up to date to begin with (latest firmware).
When I listen to music using USB C on my Mac, when I take off the headset to put on the table, the music does not stop. When I put it back on my head, the music is paused.
Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Have you checked the "wearing" sensor to make sure it is clear?
Maybe toggle the pause setting on and off and couple times to see if it clears up.
