I made a post about this about a month back when the pre-orders went live that my blue light discount was accepted but not applied and someone told me coupons were not normally added to pre-orders but I've tried it again these last couple of days now that the official release date has been reached and it seems there's still no discount to be had.... and as I've said previously I never had this issue before when purchasing the Arc Ultra ultimate set. Has anyone else managed to get a coupon to work?

The rep had me try again on the website first to verify that the discount would not work online. He told me that there was no reason, other than a glitch on the website that discounts wouldn’t be applied. Stated there were no discount limitation on the ACE Ultra.

Have you tried calling sales and speaking to a representative?

Have you checked the current terms of the Blue Light discount specifically for the Sonos offer?

I know previously certain Sonos products were excluded from the discount.

I got my Arc Ultra set without any issues using a blue light code in the past. It's clearly on the blue light app that it's 15% off Sonos products.

As I said, exclusions have applied to certain products in the past, so have you actually read the current terms?

I did about a month back, there wasn't anything specific stated that I recall. I'm just puzzled as to why it's accepting the code as legitimate but not actually applying the discount.

The code can be legitimate, but have exclusions. If you add, say an Era 100 to the basket, does the blue light discount apply only to that?

Sad times for the blue light discount.

If you don’t have any eligible products for the 15% upgrade programme (check your Sonos account online), then a cheap way to get some is to buy used Bridges on eBay. You need to register them on your account using the S1 app, then wait upto 24hrs for the upgrade option to appear, assuming it hasn’t already been claimed. It’s a little bit if work, but can be worth it, especially if you buy a job lot of Bridges where they all still have the upgrade option available. The upgrade credit does work on Ace Ultra.

Nah I'm not fiddling about now, I went and ordered it this morning directly from Sonos so it should be coming tomorrow.

I believe your issue is specific to the US shop, whereas the upgrade credit works correctly in the UK.

The rep saying there was no discount limitation on Ace Ultra would only be applicable to the upgrade program, not every possible coupon/discount available.

I’m in the US.  I had to call the 800 number to have the 15% upgrade discount applied to an Ace Ultra purchase.

Confirmed that there are no deals to be had if you're in the UK and buying direct from Sonos.

I’m in the US and also had to call on the first day of pre-orders to get a 15% upgrade discount applied. On a Beam Ultra pre-order, the system automatically applied an upgrade discount. The sales rep couldn’t explain it, but kindly took care of it.
