voice on sonos arc and tv

Hi. First, my english is bad, sorry for that. When I asked my sonos arc to turn of the tv, it says ok, but nothing is happening. When I ask it to turn the TV on, everything is working fine. When I ask it to turn the volume up or down, I get a messenger that something went wrong. Anyone out there knowing whats wrong?

Be sure the Arc is connected to your TV’s HDMI ARC or eARC port and try the solution on this thread:
