I have 3 rooms with sones Arc and One speakers.
It has been working fine with voice control for years but suddenly they do not reply.
The voice touch on/off function on top of speakers do not work anymore. I can not turn them on.
I have tried to reset the speakers but it do not help.
Have anyone tried the same or now what can be the issue?

The same applies to my Sonos Roam. Working away happily for years since I bought it and now, as you described....no microphone access or Bluetooth connectivity!

Just got the information that Google Assistent is not avaliable at the new Sonos App system

They are working on it but do not know when it will be active again 😢

Apparently Alexa is not available either if you're installing it using an Android phone. Technical support's solution for this is for me to get an iOS device and install it with that. Resolution time for the problem with the new app unknown! I have used it with android for years with no problem and now this! (I resolved the Bluetooth problem myself)

I need Google Assistent as I use it to control all light in my house.
Support told me that they expect it fixed within a couple of months, but no promises
