When trying to install Google assistant on my new sonos arc I select the installation but after selecting open assistant the spinning wheel just keeps going. Try again comes up but Judy the same thing happens
I am so over all the issue with sonos. Very disappointing

I've read some about people having to uninstall Gemini from their phones first.
Just to be clear…Google Voice assistant is available for the Arc: it is not available for the Arc Ultra. So you are speaking about the Arc? If so contact Sonos tech support for assistance.
