For at least a month now, when I set an alarm on my Sonos One using Google Assistant, Google says the alarm is set, the alarm goes off the following morning, I ask Google to turn it off, and as soon as it turns off, the chime for the timer starts and then I have to ask several times for Google to stop the timer. Software is up to date on the speaker. No updates available. Help?  I just want the alarm chime when I set an alarm.

I’ve tried reproducing this on my own system but can’t replicate what you’re reporting. Is it definitely the Google Assistant timer sound you’re hearing and not the Sonos Alarm chime? It might be worth checking that you don’t have a secondary alarm set in the Sonos app, and if you do, turn that off and see if the issue continues.
