Sonos one with google assistant. Continuously stating something went wrong please try again lter

Try unplugging the One from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router. You can also try removing and re-adding Google Assistant to the speaker in the Sonos app.


Tried it a number of times. Has not worked.


Hello @Mike Lally Ireland , I had a look on the diagnostics you’ve shared and your Sonos One had an active and healthy connection with the Google service at that time. I was not able to find any issues.

Did you submit the diagnostics right after you had the response “something went wrong, please try again later"?

As GuitarSuperstar suggested, a full reboot on your Sonos One and your router (unplug from power, wait a few minutes, plug back in) will refresh the connection with the cloud. If that doesn’t work, please submit another diagnostic right after you hear that response and reply on this thread so that I can have another look.
