playing music via GA is not possible

Since some time it's not possible anymore to play music by asking Google Assistant. When asking "Hey Google, play Radio 583", the answer is "I' m sorry but it isn't not possible on this device.

I hope someone can help us.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues initiating music playback in your Sonos system via the Google Assistant.

Please check our Support Article Google Assistant commands not working on Sonos and more specifically the below:

If you have voice-enabled Sonos speakers

  1. Remove the Google Assistant from each voice-enabled Sonos speaker.
  2. Go through the Google Assistant setup process again and re-add the service to your Sonos speakers. Check to make sure that the Google Assistant app is logged into the correct account when setting up.
  3. Make sure that any content services that you’ve added in the Google Assistant have also been added to Sonos.
  4. Once completed, try giving the Google Assistant another command.
