Hi,

I am trying to login to sonos via Google Home or Google Assistant.
Both are launching a new “browser like” window trying to access login.ws.sonos.com - however no access is gained to that site.

Others experiencing same issue ?

Till yesterday same here too. From today the page is loading and a connection between Sonos and assistant is made but straight away there is an error message. They must be working on it and I hope that they’ll advise when in order. 


I waited a day and was able to login again on both Google Home and Google Assistant.


It has been 3 days for me the Spanish login (through Google home app) is still not working

 


I am having the same issues with both adding Google assistant to my Arc as well as adding the Sonos skill in the Google Home app. In Google home app, it says Sonos skill linked followed by the following error. See picture.

Status page now shows that Google voice assistant is operational but I’m still getting the same error when trying to enable Google voice assistant on my Arc. Also still getting a similar error when trying to enable the Sonos skill on the Google Home App.


Everything is working now. Enabling Google Assistant and/or Amazon Alexa, adding devices to Google Home via the Sonos skill, and enabling  the Sonos Skill on Amazon Alexa to discover all Sonos speaker. Thanks Sonos!
