Hi

since today my google assistant couldn’t connect to the wifi. I tried to reboot my Sonos one and to reinstall the Google assistant but now I cannot even do that as Google assistant says it cannot find a device to pair with. Any insight?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Both your speakers are reporting that they are online right now. If Google Assistant on the speakers is saying that it is offline, please reboot your router by removing power for at least 30 seconds.

You shouldn’t need to set up Google Assistant on your speakers again, and set up of Google Assistant on Sonos needs to be done within the Sonos app, not the Google Assistant app.

If this doesn’t help, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
