Welcome to the Sonos Community!
I am unable to assist with this (I’m not familiar with IFTTT), but I think you may encounter issues due to the BBC removing their services (for listeners in the UK) from everywhere that isn’t BBC Sounds, and Google - as far as I am aware - does not yet support BBC Sounds.
You may get better results using Alexa, as it supports IFTTT, BBC Sounds and Sonos. Note that you’ll also need to add BBC Sounds to your Sonos system as a Music Service if you haven’t done so already.
