No, i don’t believe the Google Assistant is supported on Era 100. You can use Sonos Voice control or Alexa on Era 100. If you want to use Google Assistant, you will need to get a Sonos One, which will support Google Assistant.

+18It is a shame though. Even the Move 2 does not support GA anymore. GA has the big advantage that it’s the only assistant that also does lesser spoken languages, lik in my case, Dutch. SVC nor Alexa are at this time able to do so,
