Hello,
I own a Sonos Beam. Over the past few days I’ve noticed that Google Assistant responds to “Hey Google”, but it ignores voice commands and nothing happens. I’ve tried several commands, for example:
“Hey Google… lower the volume”,
“… turn off the TV”,
“… play song X”.
None of the commands are executed.
I therefore tried removing Google Assistant and adding it again. Everything works fine until I’m redirected to login.ws.sonos.com. When I click “OK”, I’m sent to a page that doesn’t exist (404).
Since I can’t proceed in the process, I’m currently unable to add Google Assistant back to my Sonos device. How should I proceed? Could you please fix the link so I can complete the connection?
