I just bought the One and thought it would be easy to get setup. It keeps telling me to register my speaker, but it already is register. Getting read to send back at this point if I can not get this to load.

Try resetting the speaker. Hold the pair button on the back until you see an amber light. Then wait for the green light to flash. Go into your app and "reset controller". Then try adding the speaker back in.

If you haven't returned it yet, make sure you have added the voice service to the room in the app.

Before returning it, why not call customer support?
