Question

Can not load Google Assistant on Sonos

I just bought the One and thought it would be easy to get setup. It keeps telling me to register my speaker, but it already is register. Getting read to send back at this point if I can not get this to load.

Try resetting the speaker. Hold the pair button on the back until you see an amber light. Then wait for the green light to flash. Go into your app and "reset controller". Then try adding the speaker back in.
Where is "rest controller"?

If you haven't returned it yet, make sure you have added the voice service to the room in the app.

Settings>Room Settings>(Select Room)>Voice Services
Every time I try to that it gives me the error saying my speaker needs to be registered.

Before returning it, why not call customer support?
