Using the google assistant for years on my one, we bought a beam gen2

after trying the assistent on the beam we want to switch back to the one. Deleted the assistant but not able (on beam or one) to add it.

after pressing in sonos app, add google assistant, we get redirected to assistant app (iphone or ipad tried several). After a few steps it ask for credentials sonos, we get the login page, login, then is says adding but stop halfway…. See picture

There is a central issue ongoing (for many days now) and you won’t be able to get it working until the issue is fixed by Sonos and or Google. Fingers crossed that they’ll solve it soon. A bit of transparency for us all would be appreciated though…

Both Alexa as google assistant cant find my Sonos Amps. However Home assistant can. I just checked on my windows PC and there in the network the two amps pop up. So obviously the network discovery works fine (and that’s how home assistant finds them). But it’s a mystery why the voice assistants can’t connect ...

I have the same issue here. Accidentally removed Google assistant and try all ways to add it back. Done factory reset and remove the apps but none works. Is it an ongoing issue with Sonos?

Exactly the same here. Tried everything. Network reset, sonos reset, sonos app reset,  different phone.

It worked for years till a few days ago.

Yes of course my Google home and Sonos are in the same network.

Please fix this sonos
