Why does alarm control require master system login?

As the title states.

 

My family needs to control the alarm function for their respective speakers.  Why does this now require the app to have full system control?

 

Please change this back to prior function level.  I do not want anyone connected to the system to have access to that level of control, aside from myself.

If anything, there should be a master account with the option to create sub local family accounts (basic username and password) and permissions levels for diff features. This would be a good feedback submission.
