New Arc Ultra owner here. Is the Upgrade / Trade Up program still a thing? I can’t find anything in my account on it. I’m in Canada.

If the Arc Ultra is your only Sonos product then no you don’t have an upgrade path at this time. Do you own other Sonos speakers?

Not for the Arc Ultra, no. You should be able to see which speakers can be used by going to your account on www.sonos.com, then log in to your account. Choose the ‘person’ again, and select ‘upgrade’.

Thanks but there no ‘Upgrade’ in the drop down menu?

You missed a couple steps above.

Log in, click the silhouette and select Profile, then the Upgrade link.

Not to further confuse you… but as ​@Stanley_4 said that’s true. However, once you click on the profile 🧑‍🧒 icon the Ugrade link (along with others) should appear. At least that’s the way it works for me.

As already explained, the Arc Ultra is not eligible for the Upgrade program.

If you select the option “Learn more” then click on Terms and Conditions (linked here) to read about the program you will understand how it works and what products are eligible.

Mr. T . . 👍👍👍. I had read the T&Cs but thought the ARC in the list probably included the Ultra . . Forgot the ‘never ASSume anything’ rule.
