Hello, I have this problem...
I have a Tidal account connected to the Sonos app (android + ios), but my playlists that I created in Tidal are no longer showing.
What could be the problem?
Everything is showing, only the playlists are not loading....the info appears: something went wrong...
I cleared the cache in the apps and re-authorized the Tidal account...but to no avail, the playlists are still not showing.
